How do I create a WeBox account?

Sign up for free at webox.com/signup using your email or Google/Facebook login. Verify your email, add your team size and location, and you're ready to browse menus. For teams, invite members via shared links to enable collaborative ordering.

Can I use WeBox without an account?

Yes! Use our guest ordering link for one-off orders, but creating an account unlocks features like order history, reorder, and real-time tracking.

How do I place a box meal order?

Log in, select "Box Meals," choose from daily menus (thousands of options across brands like Sweetgreen or Curry Up Now), customize (e.g., add utensils or notes), add to cart, and checkout.

What dietary options are available?

We offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, and low-carb filters. All menus include allergen info—always double-check and note restrictions in your order comments. For custom requests, contact support@webox.com.

How early can I place an order?

Based on your company's settings, you can place orders as early as a week in advance. In special cases or upon request, advanced ordering may be limited to as early as 1 day ahead.

What is the order cutoff time for lunch and dinner?

Please be aware that each partner/brand on our platform has its own unique cutoff time for same-day delivery. To ensure a seamless experience, it is crucial to plan ahead.
Please note that the our partners' latest cutoff time for lunch orders is 8:00 AM, and for dinner orders, it is 2:30 PM. Once a brand's cutoff time has passed, cancellations are not permitted.

The cancellation time window for same-day lunch delivery is 8:00 AM; the cancellation time window for same-day dinner delivery is 2:30 PM.

What is your delivery time for lunch and dinner?

The delivery window for lunch is between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM, the delivery window for dinner is between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM.

How can I track my order?

After checkout, get a real-time tracking link via email/Slack integration. See driver location, ETA, and status updates. If delayed, we'll notify you instantly.

What if my order is late, missing items, or damaged?

Contact us immediately via chat or (408) 685-2000 for a full refund/credit. We're committed to 100% satisfaction—report within 30 minutes of delivery for fastest resolution.

What's Group Catering, and how does it work?

Group Catering lets you order from 55+ brands in one seamless platform for events like office lunches or team offsites. Choose plated, buffet, or box styles; we handle setup/cleanup for full-service (extra $50/hour).

Can I schedule a catering demo?

Office Pantry

How do I set up an office pantry subscription?

Add "Pantry" to your account, input inventory needs (snacks, drinks, etc.), and set replenishment alerts. Employees order via personalized links; track spend in real-time.

Who pays for pantry items?

Billing ties to your company card—set per-employee budgets or bulk credits. Reports show usage for easy reimbursement.

Billing & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

WeBox accepts payments via ACH or credit card. Please note that a 3% credit card fee may be applied to your transaction if you choose to pay with credit card.

What payment options are available with Webox?

WeBox provides flexible payment terms to suit your needs:

  • Semi-monthly
  • Monthly

For semi-monthly and monthly payments, a deposit is required for invoicing.

Do I need to pay tax?

Yes, you need to pay the tax for the food.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, you can cancel an order anytime, just make sure you cancel it before the order closing time of the delivery date. Some dishes may have different cut-off times.

All menus flag allergens, but report issues to support for investigation/credit. We follow strict hygiene protocols per CA health standards.
