Menu & Ordering

Place Your First Order

Ordering on WeBox takes less than a minute:

  1. Go to webox.com and click Sign In (top-right). Log in with your company email and password.

  2. Make sure the datemeal period (Lunch or Dinner), and delivery address at the top of the page are correct.

  3. Browse the menu or use the search bar to find a dish you like.

  4. Click Add on the dish card — or click the card to see details, customize, then tap Add to Cart.

  5. Click the cart icon (top-right), review your order, and click Checkout.

Cutoff time: Same-day lunch orders must be placed before 10:00 AM. After the cutoff you can still order for the next day or later.


Find the Right Meal

Search

Type anything in the search bar — a dish name (chicken salad), an ingredient (salmon), a cuisine (Japanese), or even a restaurant name (Starbird). Press Enter to see results.

Filters

Use the filter buttons below the category tabs to narrow down your options:

  • Rating — Show only highly-rated dishes (e.g., 4.0+ stars)

  • Price — Filter by price range

  • Brands — Pick specific restaurants

  • Eco Packaging — Show only eco-friendly options

  • Sort — Sort by popularity, price, rating, or newest

You can combine multiple filters at the same time.

Cuisine Tabs

Scroll the category bar at the top of the menu — DealsSaladBowlBurgerJapaneseMexican, etc. — to jump to a specific section.


Customize & Add to Cart

Click on any dish card to open its detail page. Here you can:

  • View nutrition facts, ingredients, and allergen info

  • Read customer reviews

  • Choose customization options — sides, dressing, spice level, add-ons

  • Type special instructions (e.g., “no cilantro”)

  • Adjust quantity with the +/- buttons

Click Add to Cart when you’re done.

Quick add: If you don’t need to customize, just click the Add button directly on the meal card — it adds with default options instantly.


Review & Checkout

Click the cart icon in the top-right corner to open your cart. You can:

  • Change quantities or remove items

  • Apply a promo code

  • See the full cost breakdown (subtotal, delivery fee, tax, total)

When everything looks good, click Checkout, confirm your delivery info and payment method, then click Place Order.

You’ll get a confirmation on screen and an email with your order number.


Change Date, Time, or Address

The top navigation bar shows your current delivery settings. Click any of them to change:

  • Delivery Date — Click the date at the top to pick a different day. You can order up to 7 days ahead.

  • Lunch / Dinner — Toggle between Lunch and Dinner next to the date. The menu updates automatically.

  • Delivery Address — Click the address to switch your building or floor. This may change available restaurants.

  • Budget Balance — Your remaining meal allowance is shown in the top bar so you know how much you can spend.


After You Order

Track Your Order

Go to My Orders (click your name at the top-right, then select My Orders). You can:

  • Track — See real-time delivery status

  • Details — View the full order breakdown

  • Invoice — Download a receipt

  • Reorder — One-click reorder the same meal

Cancel or Modify

You can cancel or modify an order before 10:00 AM on the delivery day. After the cutoff, contact support for help.


Save Time on Future Orders

  • Favorites — Click the heart icon on any dish to save it. Access all favorites from My Favorites in the sidebar for quick reordering.

  • Automatic Orders — Set a weekly schedule (e.g., Lunch on Mon–Fri) and let WeBox order for you automatically. Find it under your profile menu.

  • Order Calendar — Use the calendar view in the sidebar to see which days you’ve ordered and quickly fill in any gaps.

  • Blocked Dishes — Don’t like a dish? Block it so it never shows up in your recommendations or auto-orders.


Dietary Needs & Allergies

Go to Dietary Settings in the left sidebar to set your preferences once — they’ll apply every time you browse.

Dietary types: Omnivore, Pescatarian, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Halal, Keto-Friendly, Dairy-Free

Allergens: Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Dairy, Soy, Wheat/Gluten, Fish, Shellfish, Eggs, Sesame

Dishes containing your flagged allergens will show a warning icon. You can still order them, but the system will remind you before checkout.


Order for a Guest

Need to order lunch for a visitor, interview candidate, or client? Use Guest Order in the left sidebar.

  1. Click Guest Order in the sidebar.

  2. Enter the guest’s name.

  3. Pick a date, meal period, and dishes — just like a regular order.

  4. Confirm. The charge is billed to your account.
