What Is Office Pantry & Fruit Box?

WeBox offers two types of office snack solutions for companies:

  • Office Pantry — A curated selection of healthy snacks, beverages, and pantry staples stocked directly in your office. WeBox handles sourcing, delivery, and restocking.
  • Fruit Box / Dairy Box — Regular deliveries of fresh fruit, dairy products, or other perishable items to keep your team fueled throughout the day.

Both services are designed for offices and teams — not individual orders. Once you submit the inquiry form, a WeBox representative will reach out to discuss your office’s needs and set up a customized plan.

Note: This is an inquiry form, not an instant checkout. You won’t be charged when you submit — a WeBox team member will follow up to finalize details and pricing.


Submit an Inquiry

To get started with Office Pantry or Fruit Box services:

  1. Open the WeBox Fruit Box & Office Pantry Form page.
  2. Fill in your Contact Name and Company — enter your first name, last name, and company name in the same field.
  3. Enter your office address — this is the delivery destination WeBox will use.
  4. Provide a phone number for your primary point of contact.
  5. Provide an email address for your primary point of contact.
  6. Under What can I help you with?, select the service you’re interested in:
    • I’m interested in office pantry solutions — Regular snack and beverage restocking for your office
    • I’m interested in fruit, pantry, or dairy box solutions — Scheduled deliveries of fresh fruit, dairy, or pantry boxes
    • I’m interested in both box and pantry solutions — A combination of both services
  7. Click Submit.

After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation, and a WeBox representative will contact you — typically within 1 business day — to discuss options, pricing, and delivery schedules tailored to your office.


Fill in the Form Fields

Contact Name and Company

Enter your full name and company name together in a single field. Example: Jane Smith, Acme Corp

This tells the WeBox team who to reach out to and which company the inquiry is for.

Office Address

Enter the full address of your office or the location where you’d like deliveries made. Be as specific as possible — include suite or floor numbers if applicable.

Phone for First Point of Contact

The phone number WeBox will use to call you to discuss your order. This should be a number where you’re reachable during business hours.

Email for First Point of Contact

The email address WeBox will use to follow up with quotes, confirmations, and account setup information.

What Happens After You Submit

  1. Confirmation — You’ll see a confirmation message on screen after clicking Submit.
  2. Follow-up call or email — A WeBox representative will reach out using the phone number or email you provided.
  3. Needs assessment — The representative will ask about your team size, preferences, dietary needs, and delivery frequency.
  4. Custom proposal — WeBox will put together a plan and pricing tailored to your office.
  5. Account setup — Once you approve the proposal, WeBox will set up your account and schedule the first delivery.

Common Questions

Is there a minimum team size or order amount?
WeBox office services are designed for teams of all sizes. The representative who contacts you will help determine the right plan for your headcount and budget.

How often will deliveries happen?
Delivery frequency is customized to your needs — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules are available. You’ll discuss this during the follow-up call.

Can I change or cancel the service later?
Yes. Once your account is set up, you can adjust delivery frequency, product selections, or cancel the service by contacting your WeBox account representative.

What kinds of snacks are available?
WeBox partners with brands like Beanitos, Hippeas, PopCorners, Kettle Brand, Nature’s Bakery, and many more — covering chips, trail mix, protein bars, organic snacks, and beverages.

What if I want both pantry stocking and box deliveries?
Select “I’m interested in both box and pantry solutions” in the form. The representative will help you combine both services into one account.

Is the form only for new customers?
Yes, this form is for new inquiries. If you’re an existing WeBox customer and want to add pantry or fruit box services, contact your account manager directly.

How long does it take to get started?
After your follow-up consultation and proposal approval, first deliveries are typically scheduled within 3–5 business days.
